LOYALTY PROGRAM - FAQ

1. How does the new loyalty program work?

Earn points every time you shop!
Get 1 point for every Rs50 spent on regular-priced items.
Gold and Platinum members earn 2 points for every Rs50 spent.
Points can be redeemed for shopping vouchers.


2. How can I redeem my points?

Redeem your points at checkout :

• 25 points = Rs30 voucher
• 50 points = Rs75 voucher
• 100 points = Rs175 voucher (minimum purchase Rs1,500)
• 150 points = Rs300 voucher (minimum purchase Rs2,000)

*You can redeem right away or save for bigger rewards.
*Vouchers cannot be used to purchase discounted items.
*Not cumulative with other discounts. 
*An ID card needs to be present at the time of redemption. 


3. Do points expire?

Yes. Points are valid for 18 months from the date they are earned. You will receive an email before points expired.


4. What are the loyalty membership tiers?

5. What are the benefits of each tier?

6. What is the welcome gift?

Receive a special gift when you upgrade to Silver, Gold or Platinum. 
Gift may vary depending on availability.


7. Do I get anything on my birthday?

Yes! Enjoy a one time 10% off during your birthday month. Silver, gold or platinum customers will also receive a special gift. Don’t forget to update your birthday information on your member profile and claim the birthday discount.


8. How do referrals work?

Refer a friend to join our loyalty program with referral link. When they make their first purchase, you will earn 25 bonus points, and your friend can enjoy 10% off their first purchase as a registered customer! 


9. How do I sign up?

Simply give your name, email and phone number at the checkout and we will sign you up! You will receive an email to activate your account and complete your profile. 


10. Can I earn points if I forgot to give my email or phone number at the checkout?

No. So make sure to give your phone number or email each time at the checkout!


11. Do I earn points on discounted items?

No. Points are only earned on non-discounted products.


12. Can I pay partially with my voucher?

Yes! You can use your voucher and pay the difference by cash or card. Do make sure to present your ID card.


13. Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Points are personal and non-transferable and linked to your personal account.  


14. Can I use my vouchers online?

Currently, vouchers are valid in-store only.


15. What happen to my old loyalty points?

We’ve upgraded our program to better serve you!

• If you made a purchase in the last 18 months: your points have been automatically transferred to the new loyalty program.

• If you have not shopped with us over 18 months: your points have not been transferred.
You are welcome to register again and start earning with your next visit!


16. How can I check my points balance?

You can ask our staff at any shop or log in to your account online.
